MITER + NETSUITE
Miter's NetSuite integration is fully API-driven, with automatic nightly syncs and on-demand manual syncs from the Miter dashboard.

Miter maps its jobs table to NetSuite’s job table, pulling Projects, Project Tasks, Cost Categories, Departments, and Locations directly from NetSuite into Miter. This means your entire work breakdown structure, including jobs and cost codes, is always available in Miter for labor attribution.

Miter maps its Ledger Line Items table to NetSuite’s Journal Entry table, pushing GL entries with full-dimensional data, including account, department, location, job, team member, and activity. Payroll journal entries are automatically pushed back to NetSuite every night, fully job-costed by team member, job, cost code, department, and location.

Miter pushes Team Members from Miter into NetSuite’s Employee table, syncing fields like name, email, phone, hire date, release date, and location. To prevent duplicate employee records, Miter uses a multi-step matching process, checking External ID, Legacy ID, and Entity ID in sequence. As a fallback, Miter matches against the NetSuite Entity ID field using the team member’s full name.

Miter supports the direct Core NetSuite integration as well as four SuiteApps: Field Service Management, RabbIT, Appficiency, and BlueCollar, so the integration fits whichever NetSuite configuration your business already runs on.

Miter's integration with NetSuite is fully API-driven, with no double data entry. No matter how your NetSuite instance is configured, Miter fits right in.

The integration works at the sync object level, so you can turn on individual syncs (jobs, cost codes, employees, and more) one at a time. Miter's open API is also available for custom data flows back into NetSuite.

Miter eliminates the manual uploading and downloading that usually sits between payroll, time tracking, and accounting systems, so reconciliation work largely disappears.

Miter becomes the source of truth for employee records and workforce management, while NetSuite remains the source of truth for financial data, and the two systems stay in sync automatically.

Miter is purpose-built for construction, supporting advanced job costing, certified payroll, fringe benefit statements, union reporting, and custom overtime rules, all flowing through to NetSuite automatically.
