We are proud to share that Miter has been named to Construction Executive’s 2026 Top Construction Technology Products™ list, with three products recognized across two categories: Miter Payroll in Financial Technology, and Miter HR and Miter Time Tracking in Workforce Management.

This recognition reflects our commitment to building tools that meet contractors where they are. In the past few months alone, we launched Miter Safety, which brings safety programs out of the back office and into the field, and Miter Performance, which gives contractors a way to run consistent reviews and develop their people across both field and office teams. We will keep working alongside our customers and partners to deliver the platform contractors need to build a better built world.

SAN FRANCISCO (June 24, 2026) — Miter, a workforce management platform built for the construction industry, has been named to Construction Executive’s 2026 Top Construction Technology Products™ list. Three Miter products earned recognition across two categories: Miter Payroll (Financial Technology), Miter HR (Workforce Management), and Miter Time Tracking (Workforce Management).

The Miter platform is built for how contractors actually operate: employees whose roles, locations, and schedules change as work changes, and back-office teams that need workforce data connected to payroll and job costing in real time. Miter Payroll includes native support for prevailing wage, certified payroll, union rules, and multi-state taxes. Miter HR streamlines hiring, onboarding, benefits, recruiting, and performance management for construction companies. Miter Time Tracking connects field hours directly to payroll and job costing with built-in compliance tools for overtime and breaks.

“Contractors are managing incredibly complex workforce requirements, including union rules, prevailing wage, and pay and compliance rules that vary across jobsites and states. Most software wasn’t built to handle this reality,” said Connor Watumull, co-founder and CEO of Miter. “Being recognized across payroll, HR, and time tracking means a lot. It reflects what we set out to build from the beginning: one connected platform that actually handles the challenges contractors deal with every day.”

Now in its 24th year of publication, Construction Executive is the leading trade magazine about the business of construction. The Top Construction Technology Products™ list was developed by asking more than 1,000 firms that provide technology and software solutions for the construction industry to complete a nomination form. The information collected included: 1) the firm’s product offerings specific to the AEC industry; 2) the user profile (type and size of firm for which each product is recommended); 3) how each product is sold (by seat, user, license and/or project, etc.); and 4) the number of active users within the past 12 months (by individual users and/or companies). There was no fee to participate and not every firm that completed the nomination form made this curated list.
