The integration syncs team members, timesheets, bonus and commission amounts, associated job, activity, and business unit. The sync happens once per day as data is updated in ServiceTitan, ensuring your payroll information is always current.

Yes. In addition to the daily 5am EST automated sync, you can trigger a manual sync from the integration page anytime, which is useful when you need specific records updated immediately without waiting for the next scheduled run.

Miter lets you set custom mappings for ServiceTitan time types, like double overtime and shift differentials, to Miter’s earning types. Unmapped time types default to Miter’s overtime calculation engine, so your payroll policies apply to ServiceTitan hours the same way they do everywhere else.

New team members in Miter sync to ServiceTitan as technicians automatically (name, email, phone). By default, technicians don’t get notified when their ServiceTitan profile is created, but you can flip that setting to send an invite on creation.
