Miter pulls cost and production budgets from Sage Intacct, Acumatica, Procore, and Sage 300, and external job costs (materials, equipment, subcontractors) from Sage Intacct and Acumatica. Project Intelligence is most accurate when Miter runs your payroll, because that is where fully burdened labor costs come from. Field Ops customers who run payroll elsewhere can still track hours and progress against budget, with posted labor costs synced from the ERP. Miter estimates each person’s burden from their payroll history, so approved time lands within about 2 to 3% of the final cost. When payroll finalizes, Miter replaces the estimate with the exact amount from the ledger.

Every change to a budget line is tracked. When a change order updates the budget in your ERP, the revised line syncs to Miter and the original amount stays on the record, so you can see what changed and when. Project Intelligence is not a change order workflow; approvals and paperwork stay where they are today.

Yes. Field leaders open the job in the Miter mobile app and see hours against budget by cost code, the forecast, and the timesheets behind each number, with no ERP seat. Access follows the job permissions they already have in Miter, so you choose who sees hours and who sees dollars.
